State of the art climate control cabinets and rooms with temperature, humidity and airflow control.  
Specifically designed for the safe and controlled fermentation, drying, seasoning and maturation of Charcuterie, Cheese and Air-Dried Meats

 The Everlasting MEATICO ALL IN ONE provides all of the functionality to support the processes required for:

• SALAMI fermentation, drying & seasoning
• CHEESE ripening and ageing
• MEAT maturing/Dry Ageing

These superior cabinets provide the right temperature, humidity and air flow that can be set across 20 different phases for each specific recipe if required.

Designed to work in an ambient temperature of up to +38°C, the internal working temperature of the cabinets are from +0°C to +30°C, with humidity management from 40% to 95% (water connection required), air exchange, full and half speed fan system for appropriate air circulation.

All cabinets are manufactured using high grade AISI 304 stainless steel interior with a choice of 4 different finishes:
• INOX Stainless steel cabinet and door
• GLASS Stainless steel cabinet with glass door
• VIP brushed stainless steel with vision glass door
• BLACK with vision glass door

Available as either a single or double door cabinet, each of the finishes are available with an EVERtouch controller:

EVERtouch
The EVERtouch control panel offers the additional features of improved graphics, additional time phases and the ability to download the history of temperature and humidity records. The EVERtouch screen also enables the additional options to link PH probe, sample product weight, a pause function and upload/download recipes and programmes. Charcuterie Fermentation and Drying Rooms
The MEATICO Seasoning Rooms are the latest edition to the MEATICO Range. All 5 models are available with the EVERtouch control panel, supporting the production of 250kg to 1500kg batches of artisan charcuterie / salumi.

The MEATICO rooms are constructed from high density 70mm cold room panel finished in white food grade plastic sheet to the exterior and high grade AISI 304 stainless steel to the interior, supplied without a floor for use with charcuterie trolleys.

The door passage is a useful W1000mm x H2000mm, the door can be hinged on the left or the right and is supplied with a door lock and internal safety device.

Supplied with a humidifier as standard, the airflow is uniform and indirect to ensure consistency of climate through the room. The ventilated evaporator within the room is supported by a remote condensing unit (up to 15 metre) using R452a refrigerant.
