For small butchers and most commercial kitchens the availability of separate cold room storage can often be a restriction, therefore, the single and double door dry ageing cabinets are used extensively in butchers shops, restaurants and food production kitchens for both ageing and display aged meat products.
All our Meat Stores and MEATico Meat cabinets and rooms (previously known as Stagionatore) provide the correct balance of temperature, humidity and air flow required whilst controlling bacteria levels during the meat ageing process.

The modular Everlasting Meat Ageing rooms are available in a variety of widths, depths and heights and can be supplied with our without an integral floor, to suit individual needs and space.
With rooms starting as small as 1300mm x 1500mm and with glass door and window panels these systems are ideal for meat storage both front of house or behind the scenes and this applies to every field of business.
